This one is my mom's recipe and I love to eat this most.Parwal is commonly eaten by North Indian people.You can prepare it Just give a try to it,you will surely love to eat it.
Ingredients for Parwal Masala Fry
1/2 Kg Small Size Parwal
2 Medium Size Onion
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
Oil (for cooking)
Salt(As per taste)

Method tto cook Parwal Masala Fry
- Cut parwal into two pieces vertically only.
- Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan.Add finely chopped onions to the hot oil.Fry onions for one minute only.
- Now mix parwal to the onions into pan. Put the lid to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Now open the lid and add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt as per taste.
- Cook on slow flame till masala gets cooked and parwal becomes a bit red color fried.Serve in a plate.
