Paneer bhurji is a popular dish loved by every Indian. Its a very easy recipe. It can be cook quickly. Paneer bhurji tastes good with Roti or parantha.
Ingredients:
- Paneer 200 gm, crumbled
- Capsicum 2 medium size, finely chopped
- Onion 1 medium size, finely chopped
- Tomato 1 medium size, finely chopped
- Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Green chili 2 , finely chopped
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Method to cook paneer bhurji:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cracker cumin seeds in hot oil.
- Add green chili and chopped onion in pan and turn the onion colour golden.
- Now add capsicum and sauce it for a while. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala to the pan. Mix spices well and apply a lid on pan . Now cook for 5-6 minutes till masala gets cooked.
- Now add crumbled paneer and salt as per taste mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Its ready now.
- Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with roti or pratha.
